Bin needed at Park Rd / Kings Rd roundabout (memorial)

I was sat on the bench at the roundabout that connects Park Rd and Kings Rd with my four year old who asked me why there was so much rubbish in the grass around the bench. He thought it'd be a good idea for a new bin to be put in the area, perhaps next to the new cycle rack or the nearby tree. The nearest bins to this place are either at the 197 bus stop by Alexandra School or the co-op on Kings Rd which seems to be too far for people to carry their rubbish at the moment. 

Keeps the community clean and tidy and helps people to look after the place that they live.
