History Board outside the Hawker Centre on River Side

Unless you go into the Hawker Centre you will not be aware of the history of the Hawker Centre from the tow paths.

There are many walkers / visitors that walk along the tow paths that will be able to see how important the Hawker Centre's history was.  A board displaying this would be good for the area.
