Refurbish Latchmere Rec Playground

The playground at Latchmere Road could really do with some investment. The play surfaces are beginning to deteriorate and are past their best, as is some of the equipment. It would be great to set aside some funds for giving the playground a facelift and maybe add a few more bits of equipment for toddlers and younger kids. 

Playgrounds are crucial for children's development and it's important that they're engaging, safe and useable. The playground is also just next to 2 primary schools and is heavily used. The kids deserve more.
