Resurface Kenley Road

Kenley Road has had patchy repairs, which are bumpy and causing buses to be even noisier and even shake the house when they drive past. Surrounding roads have been resurfaced, so feels like Kenley Road needs the same treatment.

Reduce noise and disturbance to residents, plus repairs don't seem to last very long once frosts arrive, especially on such a busy road, so feels a bit short sighted to have done this.
