Upper path from Lower Ham Road along the river by Hawker Centre

The upper path from Lower Ham Road running in between the river and Hawker Centre to the Richmond borough.  Would be great, if the potholes could be fixed as they have been gettng worse over the years and Richmond has been fixing their pot holes.

This would make it safer for people walking as well as cyclists.
