Dickerage Lane Rec - pond

Dig a pond/swale in Dickerage Lane rec. This would improve biodiversity, allow for activities such as pond dipping for children/schools, and with a berm created by the dug-out material, would me the site less windswept. Government funding is available. 

Why the contribution is important

There are many fewer ponds in the UK than there used to be, digging a new pond helps mitigate habitat loss.
