Footpath extension at bottom of hill near St John's church

Extend the existing newly built footpath along the path from the bridge over the Hogsmill towards the bottom of the hill up to St Johns.  It doesn't need to go all the way up the hill, just along the flat section at the bottom that is always very muddy during the winter. It probably only needs another 20 or 30 metres.

To provide all weather / all season access for people walking down from St John's church to the existing footpaths & boardwalks already paid for and built along the Hogsmill and six acre meadow.
