Open up path by side of post office from New Malden High St to Jubilee Square

As part of the development of the area near Jubilee square, the alley by the side of the post office should be made public and opens up as a route between the High St. to Jubilee Square.

This would open up the area much better and connect it to the High St.

The post office could still use the route, but so could everyone else day and night
