Ace Roundabout Improvements

The Ace Roundabout is a local eyesore, rather than a gateway to the South of the Borough. The strucure seems to be in a constant decline and could be built up and potentially planted up with large planters to improve the outlook.

Work on this clean up should extend to the blot on the landscape of the Cap In Hand. Anything to make this area look better would be good....the bins are always overflowing attracting vermin, and looks awful. 

It sets the tone for this part of the bourough, and is a real eye sore.
