Highway connection to A3 South from Hook Roundabout and A3 North to Hook Roundabout

Road conection from Esher Bypass to Kingston Bypass (A3) south of Hook Roundabout is beneficial for the traffic flows going towards the south. Similarly exit from A3 North to Hook Roundabout is crucial for smooth traffic flows of traffic and to prevent congestion at Tolworth Roundabout.

Multi storey house buildings are booming in these areas now. It is essential to control free flow of traffic  and protect the environment. A new link road into A3 may need access through the green area south of Hook Roundabout, but it will massively help carbon reduction & pollution in the area by traffic going round and round.
