Licencing of Professional Dog Walkers

RBK Offciers and Councillors  need to catch up with neighbouring Authorities to Licence Professional Dog Walkers. We are seeing one person walking more than six dogs over Tolworth Court Farm and the number of professional dog walkers especially on Tolworth Court Farm has increased. This is due to Neighbouring Authroties have responded to their residnets concerns and made Professional Dog Walkers apply for a licience and restricting  them to no more than 4 dogs.

We have seen in the press people being attacked by packs of dogs that have got out of control due to a professional dog walker having more dogs than  they can safely manage and control. Seeing these people with more that four dogs of variuos sizes and breeds worries residents who are just out walking the canine members of their family . We need our Council to follow the Boroughs and Councils that abutt our Borough stepping up to the mark and licence professional Dogs Walkers .
