Shared cycle & ped path westbound on Jubilee Way

The current path is narrow and in a poor state. The road leading west towards Chessington is busy and uphill. This is not a safe route for cyclists as they are cycling at low speeds, being overtaken by lorries, buses and vans which do not generally leave enough room. By making the path shared use and re surfacing it, it would make it a safe space for all cyclists, in particular schoolchildren who attend local schools.
