Dog park area

Create an enclosed area dedicated to dog stimulation and where dogs can be had off the leash. 

Surbiton has access to lovely green areas but pet owners usually are restricted to having to keep dogs on the leash unless you have access to a car to go to one of the woods in neighbouring towns.  

It's known that dog physical and mental stimulation is key for their health and for improved behaviour.

Pet ownership is popular in the neighbourhood and the borough in general could benefit from access to an area dedicated to their stimulation.  

This could be in a corner of one of the existing green areas.

Promotes responsible pet ownership and open air activities.
