Illuminate Queen's promenade at night

Add street lighting to the Queen's promenade that go on when it's dark. 

We are privileged to have this promenade that takes us closer to nature but at the moment many of us don't feel safe walking on it when it's dark and in winter that means almost any walk outside standard office  hours.  

Adding lights could increase the usable hours of the promenade.

Increase safety and further promote use of an existing semi-green space.
