Improve parking along Hook Rise South

Currently there are tons of cars parked along Hook Rise South with no gaps so that cars travelling South cannot see oncoming cars travelling north. As this anti social behaviour means jams with cars unable to pass each other it would be sensible to have adequate gaps with red route marking or else make this a one way system. It is currently a ridiculous situation where cars get blockaded and have to reverse for 50 yards to a refuge!!!
