More poo bins

With Covid and WFH more and more people  in this borough and nationwide have got dog.

More dogs,  means more dog poo.

RBK don't  appear to have realised this, they don't  appear to have increased the number of bin locations or frequency of emptying them.

So basically my idea is to address the problem.

It is important to dog walkers who are required to clean up after their pooch poos, but there needs to be more bins.

I represent 300 resposible residents who are on a WhatsApp group and would all like to see improvement made.

One question I am always asked is, "Who on the Council decides where the poo bins go, the frequency of emptying and is this person  a dog owner?".
