Pedestrianise Surbiton High Street

I’d love the high street pedestrianised (and maybe cycle lane) perhaps after road to sainsburys car park along to station

more trees planted

space for cafes outside

Why the contribution is important

To create a centre that people can enjoy and want to come to to relax and shop.

I think this is a really bad idea. Where would the traffic go? Maple Road would become overly congested.

No - pedestrianising this road would mean horrific traffic around the rest of surbiton which is already bad enough
