Skate ramp for children

A skate ramp for children to access within Surbiton - all skate ramps are in other boroughs and only accessible by car. 

Increased play facilities for children of all ages, encouraging them to spend more time in green space/ outdoor play/ sport. Easier for families to extend a day out to the park/ keep children occupied at no cost.
