Surbiton Hill Rd one way system

I suggest making the street a one way system for traffic, aadding speed bumps and also widening the pavements. 

Surbiton Hill Road can get a huge amount of traffic, and nobody takes notice of the speed limit. It is very noisy and highly polluted. The sidewalk is also very narrow (can barely fit two people), which makes it very dngerous given the speed of cars, and if bins are out for collection, you can't walk with a pram, you have to go out in the street. Speed bumps have been suggested, however traffic needs to be less to reduce pollution, and the pavement needs to be wider for safety.
