Surbiton Station

It was disappointing when the murals that once adorned Surbiton station ticket hall were painted over to be replaced by plain white walls. Similarly when the " mouse " lady painted the pedestrian walk way across the platforms it was a colourful replacement. I appreciate it's difficult to police but where works of art have appeared ,as at the south side of the station,how much more attractive it looks.

Any colour in an otherwise bland environment helps everyone's wellbeing
