Tolworth Roundabout - planting for empty bed

New planting on the empty bed from Tolworth Tower.

The redevelopment is much improved this green space but for some reason one bed has been left empty and is often littered and looks awful.

Can there not be some biodiversity and new planting added (similar to the rest of the roundabout) that will be resilient, add to nature and enhance this area?

Enhance the pedestrian experience of walking to Tolworth Station from Tolworth Broadway/Tolworth Tower.

Reduce anti social behavior/littering
