Traffic calming on Manor Drive

There should be speed humps along Manor Drive. Cars regularly speed up and down Manor Drive sometimes at 40 mph. There are humps on most other roads in immediate area so why not Manor Drive? It is used by parents dropping off or picking up children from Christ Church School. The council implemented a calming scheme in Pine Gardens. Why was nothing done on Manor Drive to at least reduce speeds along here?

This is a fatality waiting to happen.This Road is used as a main cut through Berrylands by non local traffic frustrated by traffic on Ewell Road or roadworks there. I walk my dog along it and have seen cars literally racing each other or youngsters driving at well over 30mph along it. Only humps will deter them.
